For the time being, I will be doing many of my photo sessions at night.
Sacramento wedding photographer, photo journalist, and artist.
Back in 2007 while I attended CSUS, I won an award of excellence for this photo, and it was displayed in the photography room for the year. In the photo is model, John Markiel, and I wrote all over his skin with crayola marker, and also wrote all over the wall. He didn't really like getting written on, so my attempts to write on his face failed miserably. However, I did what he would allow, and took the photo with a 4x5 cadet camera in my garage under flourecant lighting. The negative came out underexposed, and I decided to just through the negative to the floor and step all over it, and scratch it up. I put in the highest contrast filter into the enlarger, and printed it for a good three minutes. I still hated it, and nearly tossed it. My teacher however, said that I must turn in a photo to the student show in order to get a good grade. Sarcastically I turned in this one....and I won....it was awesome.
